Senior Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

 

1. Develop gynecology product promotion plans based on the company’s annual market strategy. Collect market trends, competitor information, and relevant academic developments both domestically and internationally. Plan related market activities and brand promotions.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the field of gynecology, and establish a KOL network in this area.

3. Organize and participate in various academic conferences, and conduct online and offline market activities and projects.

4. Continuously search for and interpret product-related literature, collect outstanding case studies, and create promotional materials.

5. Establish benchmark hospitals and create clinical application training centers for the products. Organize training sessions for target customers.

6. Provide training on product knowledge and clinical applications for the sales team, and assist in visiting key customers with the sales team.

7. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

 

Job Requirements:

 

1. Educational Requirement: Master’s degree

2. Field of Study: Medical or pharmaceutical-related field

3. Work Experience: Over 5 years of marketing experience in the healthcare industry, with preference given to gynecology experience.

4. Skills and Abilities:

• (1) Proactive, passionate, and strong execution skills

• (2) Strong learning ability, with the capability to quickly acquire basic medical knowledge if lacking a medical background

• (3) Ability to read and translate English literature

• (4) Strong Chinese writing skills, with the ability to independently produce content

• (5) Good logical thinking, analytical skills, and communication abilities

• (6) Strong adaptability and ability to work under pressure
