Tender Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for collecting national bidding information and mastering the bidding dynamics of various regions;
2. Responsible for the national medical device bidding work;
3. Complete the online registration of medical device bidding platforms in various provinces (cities), online declaration of enterprise qualifications and product information, and pay attention to the review status at any time;
4. Interpret the terms of the bidding documents, study the bidding rules, and master the content and related requirements of the bidding documents in detail;
5. Responsible for preparing bids, strictly prepare declaration certification documents in accordance with the requirements of local bidding implementation plans, and make substantive responses to the requirements and conditions put forward by the implementation plans;
6. Timely complete the online medical device quotation work; accurately complete the preparation and filling of bidding paper materials, and complete the online commercial company distribution and paper distribution agreement work of the bidding systems of various provinces and cities on time;
7. Summarize and timely count, feedback, and track bidding information, and issue authorizations;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the company leaders.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, medical background is preferred, more than three years of experience in medical device bidding, and those with relevant equipment bidding experience are preferred;
2. Familiar with the medical device bidding policies and bidding work processes of various provinces (cities);
3. Familiar with the operation of medical device bidding systems and transaction systems of various provinces (cities);
4. Good communication and coordination skills and strong verbal expression skills;
5. Passionate about work, with a high sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit.
