Production Operator
Job Responsibilities:
1. Carry out standardized production in accordance with the company's regulations and documents on technology, process, safe operation, etc., complete the production tasks undertaken by this position with quality and quantity, and ensure that the product quality meets the company's quality standards;
2. Fill in production records, equipment operation records, sanitation and cleaning records and other related records in a timely and correct manner according to GMP requirements;
3. Responsible for the cleaning, daily care and maintenance of equipment in this position;
4. Assist the R&D department in product trial production and expansion of production;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
job requirements:
1. Be familiar with the batching unit in the GMP workshop, and be proficient in the operation, maintenance and adjustment of the equipment;
2. After training, they can solve problems that arise during the batching process;
3. Be familiar with the processes of soft capsule ingredients, sol, pill pressing, drying, selection and inspection, and complete the work of the position independently;
4. Monitor the batching process and be familiar with soft capsule batching and GMP knowledge;
5. Applicants aged 25-45, with high school education or above, and those with GMP workshop production operation experience are preferred;
6. Be responsible and diligent in work, able to endure hardships, be in good health and have no infectious diseases.
