Equipment Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the management of laboratory instruments and production equipment;
2. Responsible for the preparation and revision of the company's equipment and facilities management system, management documents, and participation in the formulation of various equipment operating procedures;
3. Prepare annual inspection and maintenance plans for laboratory instruments and production equipment, and organize their implementation to ensure that the operating conditions of the instruments meet the requirements of GMP management and meet production needs;
4. Participate in the management of new construction, renovation and expansion projects of plant buildings, as well as the management of equipment technical transformation;
5. Organize department personnel to establish and improve the management of technical archives, equipment ledgers, measurement ledgers and other documents of plant facilities and equipment;
6. Responsible for department compliance and training management;
7. Assist the electromechanical supervisor in the management of continuous monitoring systems and BMS systems;
8. Assist the property deputy manager in the management of public equipment and facilities.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, majoring in electromechanical, computer, bioengineering, etc.
2. More than 2 years of work experience in pharmaceutical factories, understanding the production process, facilities and equipment of biopharmaceutical products, and understanding the computer system or weak current system of pharmaceutical factories or laboratories. ：
3. Proficient in using CAD drawing software and Office software;
4. Have strong analysis, management ability and good communication skills.
