R & D Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the research and development of medical devices, carry out material design, development and analysis;
2. Cooperate to complete product performance testing and debugging;
3. Research, analyze and propose solutions for product performance improvement;
4. Be responsible for or participate in the development and verification of product processes;
5. Write experimental plans and reports, manage project progress and report progress;
6. Complete product and project document preparation and output.
Job Requirements:
1. Master degree or above, major in polymer, materials, chemistry or biology;
2. Experience in medical device development is preferred, experience in biomaterial (polymer) development is preferred;
3. Have good communication, collaboration and teamwork awareness and ability; good English skills are preferred;
4. Hardworking, willing to accept challenges and face them;
5. Have innovative spirit and strong learning ability.
